Hi I am Darrell Williams,

I am a medical professional, speaker, mindset coach and the author of "In Pursuit of Grit: 5 Ways to Transform Your Mind, Develop Your Character and Get the Body You Desire." I know you are tired of working at a nine to five job and not having time for yourself. Your negative self-talk causes you to always in a rut and you feel there is no way out. You want drastic life change but you just don't know where to start-you need guidance. You procrastinate about going to the gym to better your health. Your poor eating habits are causing you to gain weight. It's bad enough you sit for eight hours straight at a desk. You want to be better for personal growth but you come up with a thousand excuses not to follow through on the many task at hand to be your optimal self. I understand but don't think all hope is gone.

 

I help working professionals like yourself to develop their character to persevere through challenges, get the bodies they desire to enhance their belief system about themselves, and transform their minds to look at their struggles through a positive lens with the help of my mental system called "The Grit System".

 

After my diagnosis of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), I struggled with procrastination, negative self-talk, and lack of willpower. And the only tool that helped me was "The Grit System". If my system can help me and my clients, I sure it can help you achieve your goals.
